The print department at 21colour now has three presses, B2 2 colour and B2 5 & 6 colour litho with inline coating. Each press uses Stacatto Square Spot screening. This has taken 300 hours of research and development, but the resulting printed product is clearly superior to our competitorsŐ halftone dots.
colour management
The two Man Roland litho presses have a closed loop colour management system that records colour levels throughout the print run. This is linked via JDF to the prepress department and ensures true and consistent colour is achieved.
